Biscate - Maputo

Biscate, meaning "odd job" in Portuguese, is a service that partners with Vodacom Mozambique to give informal, often uncertified skilled workers in the country the ability to register and advertise their services on any basic mobile phone using USSD technology. Biscate provides potential customers with a list of workers organized by trade, location, and experience level. After a job is finished, customers are able to rate the workers.
